I help you decide what to fix first, what to buy, what to stop, and how to get reporting you can trust, underpinned by sensible data security and cost-effective use of AI. I work alongside whoever looks after your IT today, helping you get more out of them rather than replacing them.I’m Jim, founder of Fencroft. My background in operations & IT leadership spans Microsoft, The Key Group, and Musicale in Harpenden where I’m Director, serving more than a thousand students and forty tutors. I know this world from an owner's perspective.I'm also passionate about supporting education. As a dad of four and rugby coach I’ve seen up close how much the right education, structure and encouragement matter for young people.A good first step is a short conversation about what is getting in the way.
