AI won't replace great teaching, but it will widen the gap between organisations using it to enhance their work, and those still held together by inboxes, spreadsheets and heroic founders.Fencroft helps small and owner-led education businesses where the teaching is strong but the systems, IT and processes are no longer keeping up.I’m Jim, founder of Fencroft. My background in IT leadership spans Microsoft, The Key Group, and Musicale in Harpenden, where I’m Managing Director, serving more than a thousand students and forty tutors.I’m also a dad of four and have spent over a decade coaching kids rugby. Between that and Musicale, I’ve seen up close how much the right education, structure and encouragement can be an antidote to the anxiety and chaos of the modern world.I won't provide consultancy theatre.
