Being a brilliant education provider is not enough to run a thriving business.The best teachers, performers and artists need the business around them running well: systems that work, reporting you can trust, secure IT, and tools that save time.That matters even more with the advent of AI. While it won't replace great teaching, it will widen the gap between organisations using it to enhance their work, and those still held together by inboxes, spreadsheets and heroic owners.I’m Jim, founder of Fencroft. My background in IT leadership spans Microsoft, The Key Group, and Musicale in Harpenden, where I’m Managing Director, serving more than a thousand students and forty tutors.I'm passionate about supporting education. As a dad of four and rugby coach I’ve seen up close how much the right education, structure and encouragement can be an antidote to the anxiety and chaos of the modern world.I won't provide consultancy theatre.
